W61 THE BISCUIT FACTORY

A herd of cows grazing in the watermeadows beside the River Bunting provides rich creamy milk for butter, the most important ingredient of Whimshire's famous Bunting Biscuits, the buttermilk feeding seven fine fat pigs guzzling outside the thatched dairy. Hens scratch for corn spilt on its way to the water powered flour mill while eggs are being gathered. A signwriter is nearly toppled from his ladder by a runner bearing samples of the latest batch of bicuits to quality control for tasting while two ginger cats wait hopefully for crumbs. Locomotive Oat brings coal over the weighbridge to heat the ovens and lots of new delicacies are being created in the recipe room.
